By accessing the Website, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred by any laws from using Wrapped in Song and/or the Website. A customer of Wrapped in Song who receives a custom musical recording comprised of a master audio recording and the original composition contained therein (collectively as the "Master") shall be given the limited license to use the Master solely for personal use. A customer shall have no right to copy, sell, lease, publicly perform, license, or otherwise grant rights in and to the Master without express written permission from Wrapped in Song.

No ownership or rights of any sort in and to the Master shall be transferred, assigned, or sold to the customer through the purchase of the Master via the Website. Wrapped in Song may, in its sole discretion, grant a customer additional rights to share the Master solely through mechanisms provided on the Website or with explicit written permission.

User Conduct

You may not, in connection with the Website:

• Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is libellous or defamatory, pornographic, sexually explicit, unlawful, or plagiarised
• Infringe or violate any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other property right
• Breach a duty of confidentiality by which you are bound due to a contractual or fiduciary relationship
• Submit content that a reasonable person would consider harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, profane, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
